Meet the therapist.

Dr. Seth Savoie
Licensed Psychologist
Michigan | Texas

Hi, I’m Dr. Seth Savoie, though most people call me by my nickname, Skye.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, down, or weighed by grief, you’re not alone. Life can get messy and heavy sometimes, and it’s easy to lose touch with your sense of calm or direction when everything feels like too much.

I founded my private practice, Weltitude Psychology, PLLC, as a space for you to slow down and catch your breath. This is a place to make sense of what’s been happening, to feel deeply understood, and to start reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have gone quiet under stress or loss.

In therapy, I bring warmth, compassion, and real conversation. You don’t have to show up with everything figured out. We’ll work together to uncover what’s getting in the way and help you find your footing again.

If you’re thinking about reaching out, I’d be glad to meet you. You can schedule a free consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for and how I can help. Online scheduling is also available anytime through my client portal.

Take care,

Dr. Savoie

LGBTQ+ Affirming

As a Queer therapist, I value working with and helping other people from my community. This is an affirming space where LGBTQ+ identities and relationships are celebrated, respected, and supported. You deserve a therapist who sees you fully and walks alongside you in your journey.

Diversity, Respect, & Cultural Humility

This is a space where diversity is embraced, respected, and appreciated. I honor the richness that different identities, cultures, ideas, beliefs, and perspectives bring to the therapeutic process. You are welcome here exactly as you are.

Growth, Wellness, & Collaboration

Whether it is improving sleep or improving relationships, we can work together to identify problems and establish realistic solutions that work for you. I value being direct or open about ideas, feedback, and the overall course of treatment. In this approach, I can demystify or take away the unnecessary mystery in our work together.

Private Pay/Out-of-Network

If I am not in network with your insurance, you can opt to pay me through private pay (see my current rates below).

Good Faith Estimate

For private pay clients: after our free 30-minute consultation, if you and I decide to work together I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate.

This estimate will outline how many sessions I would recommend based on your specific needs, the expected charges for each session, and the estimated total cost of treatment.

This estimate will be based on typical treatment plans, however, the actual number of sessions may vary depending on your progress and specific needs.

Appointments & Availability.

Coffee and Laptop in Bed

Virtual/Remote Appointments

Confidential telehealth appointments from the comfort of your own, private space.

At present, I only offer virtual appointments (i.e., telehealth) via HIPAA compliant video technology.

You must be located in the State of Texas or Michigan at the time of appointments.

Virtual appointments allow for my services to be more accessible to people who may have limited time to attend sessions or prefer to receive therapy from a location that is most comfortable for them (e.g., at home). Virtual appointments may not be the best fit for all individuals, but most people I've worked with find it helpful and appreciate the conveniences it affords.  Schedule a free consultation with me to see how virtual therapy sessions with me may help you.

Flexible Scheduling

To meet the needs of your busy schedule and life demands.

As part of my small private practice, it is my pleasure to provide flexible session days/times to best meet your needs when I can.

You can easily schedule an appointment through the online client portal, which is HIPAA compliant and secure.

If you have any trouble finding a time that works for you, feel free to message me on the portal or call me directly. I will be happy to find a time to meet.
